Applied Meditation Course

Learn to meditate in three 90 Minute Sessions. Where the Workshop is a taster, Sandy has designed this course so that you learn to meditate and use deep relaxation techniques by yourself.

The Course includes practical skills for:

  • increasing resilience by developing greater emotional intelligence •
  • recognising the warning signs of stress •
  • relieving stress by using simple relaxation exercises •
  • learning how to disconnect after work •
  • enhancing concentration and creative thinking skills •
